PLEASE
ARRANGE YOUR OWN SWAPS
| 1. Please be at PBC ½ hour before the service starts. |
| 2. Arrange offering bag collection; On Communion Sundays Blue collection bags will also be needed for the Fellowship offering. |
| 3. Fresh water for the speakers (two glasses and one jug). |
| 4. Show people to seats. |
| 5. Help put out extra chairs as required (with help of Duty Deacon). |
| 6. After service, help Duty Deacon put away extra seating. |
| 7. Pick up/tidy away hymn books and notice sheets left lying around after the service. |
| 8.Remove glasses from the front of church/platform area |
| 9. Be aware of the Fire Drill. |
| 10. PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN SWAPS OR SPEAK TO THE DUTY DEACON. |
