Tape Ministry

For the benefit of those people who are unable to attend the service, for those who are ill or infirm, or for those working with  the Creche, Sunday Club or Energy young people, we have a tape copying service and willingly lend out C90 tapes for two weeks.

Bookstall

We have a facility for displaying, ordering and selling Christian books and cards, which is set up at the end of the Sunday service as a bookstall. We stock a range of Christian books to encourage spiritual understanding and growth.  New titles and special offers along with the current ‘recommended’ books by the Ministers’ are displayed on the top shelf.

The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

We run a weekly ordering service and most books are then available at the bookstall for the following Sunday.  Having the bookstall enables the Church to purchase all it’s teaching materials for Sunday Club, Playaway Christian books, Alpha study books, the Ministers’ books and music books at a 12½% discount through Wesley Owen.   ‘The Street Bible’ was the best book to have record sales on!

Book library

We have a useful lending library, at PBC, for second hand Christian books, without charge.
